Admission policy
1. The student/s will observe strict discipline and decorum at the institute and in case of any indiscipline , misconduct and deviation from established rules and regulations of the institute, the student/s shall be liable to be expelled from the institute without any notice. Moreover, all such students shall be penalised with appropriate fine by the worthy Principal.
2. All students of the institute are required to observe regularity and punctuality during a particular academic session. They are required to ensure their presence whenever school administration ask them to attend the institute particularly with regards to preparations as well as celebrating on the eve of independence Day, Republic Day and also to take part in any programme or to celebrate any other notable moment or day/s at institute /zone .
3.High level of absenteeism or availing leave is highly undesirable. Students having acute health issues or unavoidable assignments may avail leave through application in writing from their parents/guardians. However, every such leave/ absence will be recorded in their regularity record. All such students who will remain absent from institute for 15 days to 1 month, their names are liable to be struck off from the attendance register/ admission record OR students with shortage of attendance at the end of a particular academic session i.e.,below 75% shall not be allowed to appear in Annual examination/ Board examination.
4. The possession and carrying of electronic gadgets like mobile phones, knives, drugs (narcotics ) and all such substances which can vitiate the peaceful atmosphere of the institute and can harm the core values of both students as well as the institute, is strictly prohibited. Any student found guilty of in this regard shall be expelled from the institute instantly and a case under relevant law shall be initiated against any such student/s .
5. Ragging is a curse and if any case of ragging occurs, the relevant law shall takes its course to dealt with such miscreants.
" If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority (school administration ), the concerned student/s shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expell him/her from the institution."
6. At the culmination of each academic session and leaving the institute, each and every student is required to produce an NDC (No Demand Certificate) from various quarters like Library, Laboratory and Physical Education sections in order to collect their marks sheets and other documents/ Certificates issued by the institute in their favour. No document whether marks card, school leaving certificate, character certificate , DOB or Diploma certificate, shall be issued by the institute without producing NDC.
7. All students are required to collect their respective documents from institute in person. No other person or even close relative of a student, will be allowed to collect certificates on behalf of a particular student.
8. All students are required to produce/ deposit relevant documents at the time of registration/admission in a particular class along with the stipulated fee. Otherwise, the school administration is authorised to deny/ cancel admission of all such students who fail to deposit relevant documents and fee at the time of admission.
9.Each and every student is required to sign on registration/admission form to declare the genuineness of their particulars. Any student found guilty of concealing his/her correct information/particulars shall be dealt severely and her admission shall stands cancelled forthwith.
